Pancake Bfast & Arts Fest: Know Before You Go

Advance Ticket Buyers (online, volunteer comps, or tix purchased at school)

As a reward for your forethought, simply show someone at the gate your proof of purchase, and get a hand stamp for everyone in your party. That's it! Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Proof of purchase includes:

• Receipt/Eticket from Zeffy (if purchased online)
• Raffle ticket ticket (if purchased at school via venmo or cash; or if received as volunteer comp)
• MWE Teacher and Staff Comp Tickets

Need to Buy A Ticket? 

Buy one at the gate; we'll accept cash, and, if the internet is behaving, Zeffy or Zelle. Ticket prices onsite are:

• $18/adult and $8/kids older than 3. Free under 3!

Remember...

• The event is a family event; no drop-offs, and all children must be supervised by an adult.
• No pets are permitted at the event. 
• Walking, carpooling, or ride share is highly recommended.
• If driving yourself and parking, please be considerate of pedestrians and our neighbors; slow down and don't block driveways. And keep an eye out for pancake-crazed individuals.

• 10a - (Performance) Bob Baker's Marionettes
• 10:30a - (Performance) Friar on the Mountain
• 11a - Story time & Pancake Breakfast service ends
• 12p - Event Ends

What to Bring

• 🎭 A blanket on which to watch the performances
• 🖼️ Art to swap! There will be an Art Swap all morning; it's the perfect opportunity to rehome your (homemade and/or professional) art, and discover your next favorite piece.
