The MWPTA is a community of families, teachers, staff, neighbors, and caregivers all working together to help every Mount Washington student thrive.

When you join the MWPTA, you’re also supporting our students, championing our teachers, and strengthening our school. Together, we’re creating the kind of school community where every child can thrive.

Everyone is welcome. Parents, teachers, grandparents, guardians, neighbors, alumni—even future TK & kindergarten families. If you care about our school, there’s a place for you in the Wolfpack.

Joining is as easy as $10 a year. That’s it! No volunteer commitment. No minimum hours. Just a simple way to show your support for our students, teachers, and school community.

About that $10… Over half of this fee covers state PTA district dues. The rest helps support our school programs. Fundraising is central to our mission, and we’ll be asking for your help to raise the money our community needs over the course of the school year. But there’s so much more to what we do.

When you join, you’re also invited to attend our five annual General Association Meetings. These meetings are a great way to help shape the future of our school. Select meetings also feature parent-focused workshops and guest speakers. Our first General Association Meeting will be held on Zoom, making it easy for everyone to participate. Want to get even more involved? We’d love to have you! Throughout the year, there are opportunities to volunteer at events and activities—but volunteering is always optional. Joining the PTA and showing your support is already making a meaningful difference.
